A star-studded community apartment complex has been set up in Deerfield, Minnesota, as part of a $1.8 million investment in the area by Country Village Apartments.
The complex will have an attached boutique hotel, restaurant and shops, including a boutique store featuring a custom-made, handcrafted rug.
“The project is the result of the city’s renewed interest in the city as a place to live, work, and play,” said Country Village President and CEO Jason Bohn.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting new chapter of the Country Village brand.”
Bohn and co-owner Mike Riddle said the project will also include a large outdoor patio and garden.
“People who are looking to live in Deerton are going to want to make Deerfield their home,” Bohn said.
“This project will create more opportunity for residents to be able to do that, and to help create a new sense of community in Deermont.”
Country Village plans to add an additional 1,200 apartments in the complex over the next few years. “
